RBS350 is always pulsing white and not connecting to the router

I tried all syncing syncing options like reset, firmware update and pressign sync button for 2 minutes.

My RBS 350 is not syncing with RBS350 router and always pulsing white.

I am starting to give up. Network map is not showing the satellite at all.

    What Firmware version is currently loaded on the RBR and RBS?
    What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

     

    How many RBS are deployed? 
    What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
    What is the distance between the router 📡 and satellite(s)🛰️? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

    Ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR get any IP address for the RBS?
