I bought a RBR750 with 2 RBS750 satellites, and managed to connect th router with the first satellite without an issue. I have been trying to connect the second one for 2-3 days lately but I am unable to connect it.
I tried:
- plugging the satelitte to power and follow the step on the orbi app but the satellite just keeps flashing white and is never detected
- doing factory reset and re-doing the steps on the orbi app, but still flashing white and not detected
- bringing the satelitte to the same room as the router... no luck
what else can I do? I am not able to send a message to Netgear on top of that...
thanks
Joe

Does the RBS connect to the RBR if you ethernet connect it to the back of the RBR?
Does it get a IP address for the RBS seen on the RBRs web page?
Your ISP modem seems to have a built in router and wifi already. This would be a double NAT (two router) condition which isn't recommended. https://kb.netgear.com/30186/What-is-Double-NAT
https://kb.netgear.com/30187/How-to-fix-issues-with-Double-NAT
Couple of options,
1. Configure the modem for transparent bridge or modem only mode. Then use the Orbi router in router mode. You'll need to contact the ISP for help and information in regards to the modem being bridged correctly.
2. If you can't bridge the modem, disable ALL wifi radios on the modem, configure the modems DMZ/ExposedHost or IP Pass-Through for the IP address the Orbi router gets from the modem. Then you can use the Orbi router in Router mode.
3. Or disable all wifi radios on the modem and connect the Orbi router to the modem, configure AP mode on the Orbi router. https://kb.netgear.com/31218/How-do-I-configure-my-Orbi-router-to-act-as-an-access-point and https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H7LOcJ8GdDo&app=desktop- joe_varJun 14, 2022Aspirant

I have another satellite (I bought a pack of RBR + 2 RBS) connected to the router wirelessly and it does have an IP address.

This new one that I have today, also works fine with RBR and one RBS... I just don't get why can't I connect the second RBS and why it remains flashing white and nothing seems to make it stop.
thanks a lot for your help.
Best regards,
Joe
