RBS750 not connecting to RBR750

Were the RBS connected during the setup process or no? If no, then the RBS didn't get updated first which is required, before the RBR does.
Can you ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR and see if they get an IP address from the RBR? If they do, use this IP address to log into each RBS and update them manually to v.31:
RBS was not connected during the setup process. now I've ethernet connected RBS to the back of RBR and got the IP as well but don't know how to login using IP and then updating FW
