Contact NG support and see, I don't believe they repair units, rather replace them with an RMA if thats an option.

Thank you for the prompt response. Sorry, should have stated that that both my product hardware warrantly and technical support expired. I think this would mean an RMA ticket woudl not be an option. What are my options other than RMA? Doe this mean I have to buy a new unit? Thanks.

I clicked on the NG Support link. It is prompting me to purchase one of their GearHead contract/support plans $89.99, $139.99 or $229.99. Do I have to purchase one of those plans to just ask a question if my unit could be repaired or need to be replaced?
