RBS750 Satellite Green Power LED Light off

Hello,   One of my two RBS750 Satellites is completely dead.  The Green Power LED Light is off when plugged to different outlets and using the other power cord from the working Satellite.  Can this...

    NG seems to be pushing extra services. I won't recommend that at this point.

Hello,

 

I clicked on the NG Support link.  It is prompting me to purchase one of their GearHead contract/support plans $89.99, $139.99 or $229.99.  Do I have to purchase one of those plans to just ask a question if my unit could be repaired or need to be replaced?
