RBS750 satellite info not showing info
I have the RB750 mesh system,. one of the satellites doesnt seem to populate its device info in the firmware update screen but the dashboard claims its connected and working. See how its blank below for sat1... I used to see devices connect to it, but havent in a while. any ideas?

Be sure it's FW is updated and the same as on the other units.
Does it appear connected on the RBRs connect devices page?
Power OFF the RBR and RBS for 30 seconds then back ON with the RBR first the the one RBS that doesn't show in the list. Check this first before turning on the 2nd RBS.
What is the distance between the router and satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
