Please check in the Orbi web GUI under >> Attached Devices >> what is the connection type between satellites and the router. Is it 2.4 or 5 GHz?
When a satellite changes the backhaul connection to 2.4 GHz usually the speeds of devices connected through this satellite will get slower. If the satellite can’t see the 5GHz signal from the router means likely that it’s far away from the router, so please try to get them closer or remove any blocking objects in between.
