RBS750 Speed Issue
Hey all, I have an RBK753 system and all works well, usually. I have the sattelites hard wired and connected to my 1Gb fiber internet. Speed via my wired Apple TV is usually around 900/900 or so...

I have not done a reset. I don't feel at this point it should need to be done. If I update firmware on 3 items they should work. I get that it may be required, but it seems like a very generic suggestion.
House is 2777 sq ft. Sattelites are about 30-35ft away from router. I can try changing the channels on 2.4 but the devices connecting and showing slow speeds are 5ghz.

A reset should be performed as well...
Try setting manual channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4Ghz and channel 40-44 on 5Ghz.

I will try reseting the sattelite as well as changing the wifi channels. Is it simply doing the paperclip in the back?

for 15 seconds then release. Yes.

So an update here. Did the reset, but it didn't reset. Held the button while it flashed amber and when I checked my router the custom name was still there. Just tried it again and held the reset for 15 seconds. Logged into router and shows same name but out of sync. Trying a resync now.
Also noticed that after I reset it the password to login has gone back to default and isn't sync'd with the router and other sattellite. Something tells me there is an issue with this one. Any other thoughts before I open a support case?
