RBS760 got disconnected when using utp cable
When I set up the router and satellites, all works fine. Afterwards, I connect the satellite with the router (RBR760) using UTP cable without using a switch.
After some time, my satellites got disconnected. Reset to factory defaults and trying it again did't solve the problem.
Am I missing something?

It should auto-switch to the hardwired connection. sometimes it can take up to 5 minutes. Are you looking through the app or through the browser? (hint, don't trust the app)

Thanks for the quick reply.
I'm checking throug the browser. When I just set up the satellites, they are using wifi, when I connect the wire, they (after a few minutes) switch to cable. But after some time, the two satellites are disconnected.
I still have wifi in my whole house, but it's slower. It's a new building with very good isolation which also means, bad reception đMy setup:
ISP ===> RBR760 ===> 2 x RBS760 (connected through UTP wall socket)Anytime stuff runs through walls it either means home made jack ends or keystone jacks. Which I've often found to have issues with the ends on them. If you have a long ethernet cable sitting around, hardwire the satellite (s) with issues directly to the router without running through jacks/switches and try them. This eliminates the jacks as issues. I've frequently seen jacks/ends pass a simple wire test but fail in usage because the cable end was only good enough to pass power but not quality data down it.
