RBS850 - satellite unusable since 4.6.3.16
Since upgrading to 4.6.3.16 my satellite has been completely unusable with constant reboots and blue disconnects. Any idea on how to resolve this?

Try disabling AX mode on 2.4Ghz.
Set CTS value to 2347.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last update?
- rr20552Nov 28, 2021ApprenticeSo I tried a factory reset, power down and re-setup but still having issues with the satellite.
I have also tried changing the CTS and disabling AX.
Is there a way if looking at logs specifically for the satellite?
I looked at the web interface of the satellite but couldn’t find anything?
Thanks in advance.- FURRYe38Nov 29, 2021Guru - Experienced User
Wondering if you downgraded the RBS to last version of v3, then let let the RBR reupdate the RBS back to v4 if this would help any. Something I found after going back to v3 on my system, then I used the RBR to update back to v4, powered everything OFF for 1 minute then back ON. System has been stable since then.

For me it was related to setting the CTS to 2347 whilst having multiple concurrent FaceTime and Netflix sessions etc.
Lowering the value initially to 500 and then eventually to 2308 has stabilised the satellite and I haven’t observed a single disconnect or reboot since.
No complaints either from the wife or kids 👍🏼
The youngest previously referred to it as Poundland Wi-Fi 😂.
