RBS850 Incorrectly Connects Powerline Adapter as a Backhaul on Power Failure

If there was a computer connected to the satellite using Ethernet, would the satellite think, "ah. there's my backhaul link!"
No. If there is an Orbi router connected to the Powerline network, then the satellite would recognize it as backhaul.
No router: no backhaul link.
Do these power outages last longer than some small UPS would power the router and each satellite?
Well, that’s a crapshoot. What I know for sure is that the box its all in is a weatherproof box (outdoors) and I have no room for a UPS in the box and it would not survive outside without taking on another problem after solving the first. 🙂
I found a delay relay that will fit in a knockout: RIBTD2401B. Unless I come up with another idea today that seems like my best bet. The other option is a DIN box in addition to the one with the Satellite in it, and using something like this:

So, if the satellite is NOT connected to whatever is inside the safe through a Powerline link and there is a power outage, then the satellite connects to the router over WiFi as expected?
What else is connected to Powerline?
- Satellite > Ethernet > TL-PA8010P > electrical line > TL-WPA8631P > WiFi device in safe.
Yes, the Satellite does fine if I unplug the Ethernet cable and let it fully boot before connecting it again.It's not actually a "WiFi" device in the safe, right? It is a device connected with Ethernet (that might be capable of WiFi if it was not inside a metal container?)
If the Powerline connector is plugged into the Orbi satellite, but nothing is connected at the other end (whatever that is inside the safe), then what happens? (thinking there may be more space inside the safe to install a 'delay' device.)
