What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?

What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
HC> 1000 sq feet. 4 rooms with thick concrete walls
What is the distance between the router and 📡 satellite(s)? 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR and RBS📡 to begin with depending upon building materials when wirelessly connected.
HC>Now it is 10 feet. I tried to put it in a number of places within my home but still failed. i.e. backhaul status out of sync and no device can connect except via ethernet directly

Try connecting the one RBS to the back of the RBR via ethernet cable and see. Turn off the other working RBS.

The ORBI mobile app shows it as "green" but no device connected to it. Again is this new one faulty as i login its admin page but always looping for status update?
Should i try to upgrade the firmware of all ORBI first? but if i cannot access the new one how can i upgrade its firmware?

IF you can get the RBS connected to the RBR via ethernet, update the RBS using its' web page. Update the other RBS as well. If you can get the RBS updated with FW, then update the RBR lastly.
