RBS850 Out of Warranty Repair
One of my two RBS850 satellites are not functioning propoerly and need service. I opened a ticket prior ro my warranty expiring but because it wasnh't determined yet that the satellite was faulty at that time and my warranty expired last month, I don't think iut will be covered (and I can't contact anyone to verify.
How do I request for the unit to be repaired. There is no way I'm just throwing away a $400 satellite that's one month out of the warranty period. Any info direction would be very helpful.
