Brand new system. I set them up in the same room thinking that when I moved them to another room they would sync automatically. I moved them and they don't connect. I've tried everything. I tried adding them in the app. I tried syncing them by pressing the button on the satellite. I tried by pressing the router syncbutton then the satellite. I tried just waiting and hoping. The app always shows them as offline. Sometimes they turn blue when I press the sync button on the router and the satellite but they never show up as "online" in the app. Would love a solution if anyone knows one.

Sorry if this is the wrong place for this. Doesn't see like an app issue to me. Seems like a hardware issue. I'll keep looking. Sorry to bother you.
