RBS850-V4.6.6.11 Factory Reset

I cannot do a factory reset by the reset buttonon my RBS850 with V4.6.6.11 firmware.

Any chance someone with RBS850-V4.6.6.11 firmware can try a factory reset for me, to confirm that this is a firmware bug and a hardware issue wtth my RBS850?

    Use the ERASE function on the RBRs web page...

    FW updates will not do a factory reset. Only the by reset button or ERASE menu item on the RBR.
