RBS960 satellite memory creep again

With Don's help and several debug logs, I think I have found the runaway/looping process... I have documented my thoughts and findings and it is attached as a pdf file.
The TLDR version is: The Process d2d /tmp/dal/d2d is in a write loop or something is causing it to write thousands of lines of data to a temp area - causing memory growth.
