Hello Blanca, Darren and Furrye38 - Blanca_O , DarrenM , FURRYe38 ,
It has been about 6 weeks since these firmware upgrades were introduced and have degraded performance of our modem router/satelite. I have spent several hours with Netgear support personnel, who have just asked for more and more logs and I have not seen a solution from them. For now, I have given up on Netgear Engineering/R&D/Support providing any update firmware, be it beta.
There are bits and pieces of from various users, spread across various Netgear Orbi products - RBK752/3. RBK852/3, RBR750, RBR850, RBS750, RBS850,CBR750, CBR40, etc. and "rolling" back firmwares to prior versions on Netgear Community posts and Reddit posts!!!
Can Netgear Support to put together a "FAQ" with steps, which versions of firmware to "roll-back" to, and specific to the products, such as CBK752?
Thanks in Advance,
Al.

You'll need to contact NG support and open a support ticket.
- rmarcareDec 28, 2021ApprenticeWere your issues fixed or did you replace the setup?
- cpmassenDec 28, 2021ApprenticeI’m still having issues with the satellite connecting to my Samsung TV. Tonight the tv was connected and upon researching it the Satellite was out of sync. As soon as I synced the satellite back the TV immediately lost connection. I’ve reported it and tried everything and no fix supplied at all yet
- cin8Dec 28, 2021TutorNot sure if you tried this yet, but the satellite also has a factory reset pinhole. I previously had issues with my satellite and factory reset it and haven't had an issue since. Also, if there's a delete button next to the satellite listing when you view the connected devices (through the webpage), I would go ahead and delete it too.
I am on all of the current firmware and after factory resetting both modem/router and satellite, I've had over 30 days of uptime.
