I raised a support ticket and went through the whole upgrade process again several times with them to prove there was consistent issue with the ethernet throughout on just the RBR860 but not the RBS860s. This included a factory reset and base config that was just sufficient to get ISP connectivity on the system. LG G3 OLED TV and MacBook Pro M1 consistently poor when wired to the RBR, yet wifi connectivity is "normal", but no streaming apps work reliably on the TV when it is wired back to the RBR. As soon as I revert back to the old f/w all is fine with wired devices giving consistent throughput. Netgear accepted this as conclusive testing but have not provided a work around or confirmed the issue with the RBR860 on v15.
