I went back to V6.3.7.10_3.3.3 and thought I was safe but it rebooted last night. I did not do a reset after the firmware which is the next troubleshooting step I guess. You may want to try that before downgrading the firmware if you haven't yet. I was desperate to get it stable vs. troubleshooting the new firmware as it was dropping out in the middle of meetings/calls multiple times per day. I'll probably try a reset this weekend.
Try v.21 FW, RBS first, then RBR lastly.
You'll need to factory reset and setup from scratch after the system has been upgraded.
