I tried opening a ticket, and the system tells me I need to pay them to file the ticket.
Seriously? I need to pay Netgear to inform Netgear THEY messed up?
I posted on social media in a few places. If I don't hear back within a week, am escalating legally next.
This is unacceptable - a company remotely breaking a product you paid for, that was working fine, then asking you to PAY money to ask them to fix THEIR OWN mistake.
Maybe setting a court precedent will force companies like Netgear to take tickets for free, as well as make it (a lot) easier to downgrade firmware.

Yes you'll need to downgrade the system back to v.21 or last working version. Also a factory reset and set up from scratch will be needed after downgrading the FW. Having a back up config file saved will help you get the system back online quicker.
You'll need to open a support ticket regarding IPv6 thats is broke on newer FW. Nothing we can do here to help. NG will need to fix that. NG doesn't post when new FW is forthcoming either. So you'll need to keep an eye on NGs download site or here in the forums.

Something you'll need to contact NG support about as all that is beyond forum help.
Take your complaint up with them.
