    I'd go with router mode if it's seeing good uptime there.

FYI my RBR nd RBS were both etherneting into the switch. On the Orbi UI portal, I couldn't see any connection/outage issues, but when I had ~16 devices connected, 6 all dropped wifi at the exact same time (iPads, MAC laptops, iPhones & Samsung Phones).

 

So far, with my setup in Router mode, it's been live for 2 full days with 0 drops.
