IF your ISP modem has a built in router already, you dont' have to downgrade to v10, you could just downgrade to last version of v3 then block NGs auto update service to the Orbi router on the ISP router.

From the limited search I did, seems like this box has a built in router and wifi...
So are you saying that this particular router doesn't have the ability to block host name or IP addresses from WAN side sources?
