NG IS aware of the problems on v4 FW AND IS working on it.
You might try downgrading the RBS to last v3 FW version, then maybe re-apply v4 FW. Factory reset the entire system helps as well:

Is there any official statement from netgear on this issue? Are they working on improved firmware? Or are they denying there is a problem?
Without detailing the kind of work I do: it is 100% remote and I reached the point that I my income was at risk. The (lack of) stability of my wifi caused so many interruptions in network connections that it impacts the business relations with my clients. I replaced an RBR850 + 2x RBS850 with four Asus ZenWifi XT8 Wifi6 mesh devices.
