Crashed? How so?
You can collect Debug logs from rourterIPaddress/debug/htm to pass on to NG support.

By "Crashed" I meant everything works (locally) but it loses internet connection completely. Rolling back now... (happened again this morning).
Yea.. the thing about NG support is that they want me to pay for support to fix it lol... nope... no deal.
Going to <router IP>/debug/htm redirects to <router IP>/debug/start.htm but nothing loads.

Ooops my bad, that should be DEBUG.HTM. Sorry.
That would not be a crash, just loss of internet services,
What is the mfr and model# of your ISP modem/ONT?
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

- already rolled back so debug doesn't matter now but thanks for showing me.
- agree its loss of internet which basically means its worthless lol so may as well be down/crashed
- it's not an issue with my modem, rolling back to V3.2.16.6_1.4.4 works fine without ANY modem / ISP level changes or reboots
- no factory resets in this scenario but I have done so in the past with no change in results. To be clear, I did NOT factory reset either the satellite or main router post firmware upgrade nor downgrade.
- V3.2.16.6_1.4.4 is stable now (does not randomly disconnect and not reconnect to the modem/ISP) -- also no factory reset on downgrade
I should have learned my lesson from the past. With my last NG router, I ended up installing 3rd party software on it and it was fine, never worked better.
NG hardware is good their software is just garbage. At some point, there's going to be a threat / vulernability that will force me to upgrade and I'll have no other options but to buy another router and throw this one in the garbage (unless there's third party support by then).
Is there any 3rd party options yet for AX6000? I haven't found any...

A reset should have been performed on v12. Your choice though.
I have reset mine the other day and reapplied the configuration from back up file:
CPU Load: 11.46%
Memory Usage(Used/Total): 435 MB/867 MB
System Uptime: 2 days 00:07:32
Working so far. No DNS issues though I've not seen that problems since the Orbi AX was installed 2019 with no IPv6 enabled. I'm now using IPv6 6to4 which is also working.

I’m on 3.2.16.6 and I think I’m having the same issue as you.- FURRYe38Jan 26, 2021Guru - Experienced User

I’m on 3.2.16.6 and I think I’m having the same issue as you.I'm on (rolled back to) V3.2.16.6_1.4.4 which is stable but I'm having a different issue with DNS (which can be worked around by configuring DNS per host on the network). Pretty sure its an issue with dnsmasq on the AX6000 and pretty sure NG doesn't care.
Just make sure you update the Satellite first (RBS) then the router (RBR).
