Orbi 6e stable wifi but no internet

IS there a built in router at the modem by chance have built in router?
What is the connection rate supported on the Modem WAN port? 1Gb?
What CAT# LAN cable are you using between the modem and RBR?
What is the distance between the wired RBS and the RBR?
I would use channel 1, 6 or 11 on 2.4GHz. Not channel 3.
- there is a built in router in the modem, which however is deactivated. also the LAN port is set to bridge mode, so no double IP issues
- 1 GB WAN port on the modem
- CAT6 1 GB/s LAN cable
-distance between RBR and wired RBS is approx.8m including a brick wall
- I have switched 2,.4 Ghz channel mode to Auto, and the RBR has chosen channel 9

So do you get internet with the RBS turned OFF and services with just the RBR alone?

And now turn on 1 RBS and let it connect. Check the sync status on the 1 RBS to make sure it's GOOD with the RBR.
Set out at least 30 feet from the RBR.
Take one wireless mobile device and disable it's wifi radio. While near the RBS, enable the mobile devices wifi radio and it should connect to the RBS.
Check internet services here...
