Thank you for providing the screen shot. This helps a lot.
Netgear Orbi systems have three different sets of credentials:
- The WiFi system has an SSID and password that are printed on the bottom of the case, which can be changed by the user during setup (Many users change the WiFi to exactly the same as their previous WiFi system so that all devices will connect automatically. Saves effort.)
- The Orbi web interface credentials, which are "admin" (which cannot be changed) and "password", which the user is almost forced to change during the initial setup.
- The Orbi 'app' credentials, which are the Netgear user ID and password used to access the Community Forum.
The Orbi router and satellite web pages are aessed using the web interface credentials.
