All Orbi RBS get there log in credentials from the RBR during the wireless sync process. You can not change the RBS credentials. RBS use what ever you set for the RBR.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What is the Mfr and model# of the Internet Service Providers modem/ONT the NG router is connected too?
Be sure all RBS and RBR firmware is at same level across all units.

We can access the internet but what bothering us is that we can't change the password. I've tried everything like orbilogin.com, orbilogin.net, http://192.168.1.1 and http://10.0.0.1 but nothing seems to be working.
