For IP address reservations, these need to be with in the default DCHP IP address pool range. If you have any static IP addresses configured devices, these need to be outside of the default DHCP IP address pool range. i.e. One could set a smaller DHCP IP address pool range, i.e. .100 thru .200 and use this pool for reserved IP addressing devices. While .2 thru .99 or .201 thru .254 can be used for static IP addressed devices.
