Re: Orbi RBR750 keeps disconnecting from (2) Satellites (RBS350)
Hello, I did the same update today & it's been a disaster! I can't figure out how to download the version 4. I'm on the orbilogin website & found where to go through admin & firmware & browse but can't get the version 4 to download to the computer. Any tips? Thanks!
Ya, been asking about some sort of RBS FW check to see if 350s are connected, don't update the RBR750. I'll keep asking when I can.
Be sure to disable the auto update feature on the RBRs web page so it won't auto update to any past v4.Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.

Download the FW files to your PC using a web browser. Follow links here:
Use web browser to access the RBRs web page and downgrade the RBR back to V4 FW:
Recommend MS-Edge browser for this.

Thank you so much!! This worked & I'm back on with both satellites now & back to version 4. I don't understand why Netgear would put out an update that wasn't compatible with the satellites, or have a patch or something out to fix it..
