I have 5 rbs in my house and outside. My house is 2500 sq ft. This issue exists with all rbs unplugged.
i have ~200 devices
the modem is Zyxel c3000z
the dhcp range is the default range.
I have an eero router that doesn't have this problem. I am likely going to switch to their mesh. Looks like this orbi issue is not resolved.

Hello geh4 ,
Welcome to the NETGEAR Community!
I understand that you are having DHCP assignment issues after power outages. To resolve this issue turn off all of your satellites, then turn on the Orbi router. Wait for the Orbi router to connect to a few devices then turn on each satellite one at a time. The area of your house may only need one or two additional satellites. Too many satellites in a small area can cause issues due to network saturation. Please consider removing some satellites from your Orbi Mesh network.
Best,
Kevin
