What FW version is on the existing system and the incoming RBS? You'll need to make sure that FW version is same between the two.

Only can detect the 960 router firmware. Can’t find any details on the 850 satellite firmware. Any idea?

  Sorry for late reply.
  
  I refer the PDF file from the link provided but stuck at page 3 item no 8 which nothing pop up at the browser after I navigate to 192.168.10.250
  I'm sure I did everything exactly what the instruction asking me to do from page 1 but failed.

    Hmmm. Possible FW on the 850 could be older. Can try 192.168.1.250? You'll need to set same subnet on PC for the static IP address to try this.
    
    What happens if you ethernet connect the RBS to the back of the RBR and give say 5 minutes, does it appear on the RBRs web page with a IP address? If it does, can you access the web page using that IP address?
