I am having the same issue, only I originally had everything connected just fine until the newest update, now the satelites won't connect, even with hardwire connection using an ethernet cord. I tried doing a factory reset but i can't even log in on the computer, only on the app. I am at a total loss as to what to do next. surely the satelites haven't just "died" with the newest update.

sir, where is this "advanced tab/advanced settings/wireless settings" I had made a comment but it was on the original post. I am at a loss as I can only view everything from the app (iphone) I can't seem to log in at all. my satellites will turn blue and stay blue for a while then go out. but the app says they are not connected. then they turn a blinking white then go out. then red. I know what they all mean, I can't get them to show up on the app.
What Firmware version is currently loaded?
What model RBS do you have?
Were RBS updated first then the RBR lastly?
You'll need a laptop or PC with a ethernet connection to access the RBR or RBS web pages in a web browser.
