Since your in the EU region, you might try v6 FW since v.21 wasn't supported in the EU region. If you do, RBS first, then RBR lastly, then factory reset and setup from scratch.

      Sounds like you'll need to wait for Apple and NG to get this fixed then. Open a support ticket with both Mfrs if you haven't already. Seems like were seeing more issues since newer iOS version appeared and on tri band model iPhones. I don't have a tri band iPhone so I don't see this issue here.

        i allready have opened a Case by Netgear: Casenumber: 48267039 

        since 2 month there is no Solution by Netgear..

        Apple has closed my case because they said its a problem by Netgear..
