Has a power off for 1 minute then back ON with the ISP modem and router been performed since last update?
Be sure to restart your network in this sequence:
Turn off and unplug modem.
Turn off router and computers.
Plug in and turn on modem. Wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on the router and wait 2 minutes for it to connect.
Turn on computers and rest of network.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?
Being that your ISP modem has a 2.5Gb port, CAT6A STP cable would be recommended here between the modem and RBR. I did see some problems with my 8 series connected to my CAX80 on it's 2.5Gb port with CAT6 UTP cables. Changed to CAT6A STP cable and that problem resolved.
For that size of home you may have one too many RBS deployed and too much Wifi signals in the home:
I would try turning OFF one RBS and test this configuration out.
Set 2.4Ghz to 1 6 or 11. Channel 7 is not a primary channel that should be used.
Can also try enabled SIP/ALG under Advanced tab/Setup/WAN Setup.
FYI, Please edit out any MAC addresses prior to posting captures in a public forum for security reasons.

Yes and have followed those steps
No factory reset and new setup not done since last update
I will check with Cat6A STP cable
I will try tuirning off RBS upstairs and see what happens
I will change channel for 2.4

I would also recommend you monitor the System Uptime seen on the routers IP address/debug.htm page.

It has reset 3 times in last 3 hrs. System Uptime made it to just shy of 3 hrs and then reset. I unplugged one of my RBS's too earlier.
