Re: RBR850 iPad disconnecting constantly
I'm running an RBR850 + 2 satellites. Installed 18 months ago and rock solid. I regret recently upgrading to V7.2.6.31_5.0.24. Now experiencing multiple issues from dropped connected, loss of throughout, slowness etc. Around 60 devices connected across Wired Ethernet (Cat6), 5Ghz and 2.4Ghz Wifi. Issues affecting iPhones and iPhones, PCs (Surface Pro 10, Laptop6, Laptp5). It can't be an edge device specific issue. Netgear support have refused support despite this being a direct result of the recent firmware update.
If I drop down to .21 firmware, will I likely see improvement? Can the backup configuration file be uploaded as I have a lengthy DCHP static IP scope for IoT devices across the home.
Looking at forums, how can Netgear not accept this as an issue is issue a revised firmware?

It's recommended to drop back to v.21. v.31 wasn't really tested well and were seeing many post from users having problems since it got released and installed.
I'd downgrade the system, RBS first, then RBR lastly, then perform a factory reset and setup from scratch:
If you have a saved backup file from v.21, you could load this up and be back up and running with in minutes.
