Re: RBRE960 reboots automatically
I am having the same issue. I have an Orbi 960 router and one Satellite. Every so often, at least once or twice a day, the router reboots for no apparent reason (white blinking LED). Also, I hav...

So the front LED is blinking WHITE or is it on AMBER or RED when this happens?
Can you check the system up time on the WAN Port on the RBRs web page under Advanced tab/Show Stats and then also under the router IP address/debug.htm web page and post those up time values please.
Please post a copy and paste of the modems connection status and event log page.

Be sure your using a good quality LAN cable between the modem and router. CAT6A STP is recommended. Not UTP.
What is the size of your home? Sq Ft?
15 feet in between the RBR and RBS is too close. 30 feet or more is recommended in between RBR 📡 and RBS 🛰️ to begin with depending upon building materials when wired or wirelessly connected.

Does this happen with the RBS turned OFF?
Does this happen with both wireless and wired devices?
What channel configurations are currently set on the router?
Try disabling the following and see:
Armor, Smart Parental Controls or Circle, Traffic Meter.
There are known issues with v.31 FW. So if any of the suggestions above don't pan out, depending on modem logs review first, may need to downgrade to v.21.

Hi
LED is blinking white.
I’ve attached the WAN stats
I’ll upload the modem information after.
Modem info:
House is 1572 sq/ft
20’ between RBR & RBS with a wall in between.
I have not tried leaving the RBS down, since it is tried in with my security system.
The reboot affects both wired and wireless

Can you post the Event logs from the modem as well please.
Other modem logs look good. No issues there.
For that size of home, Just the RBR and one RBS is needed and I'd turn down the power on the RBR to 25%. Under Advanced Tab/Advanced Settings/Wireless Settings
Does the RBR do this if you turn OFF ALL RBS and also turn OFF the 50 series Orbi?
What is the CAT# LAN cable in between the Modem and RBR? CAT6A STP is recommended.
Has a factory reset and setup from scratch been performed since last FW update?

Event Log from Modem
Issue still occurs after turning off the AP and its satellites.
All cables are CAT7 STP
Factory Reset was performed on 10/6/24 on both Router and Satellite.
I will turn down the power setting to 25% as recommended.
