The WiFi SSIDs have zero capability for VLANs of any kind. Zero.
The User Guide is specific that some Internet Service Providers use a VLAN to support IP television and require IP TVs to be be connected with Ethernet on a specific VLAN. This has nothing to do with creating VLANs on the LAN side of the router to segregate devices into different network segments.
There are Netgear routers which support VLANs, but the Orbi residential series do not.
