Logged a support request, I have ProSupport, so would like to think they are busy working on this.

Certainly not an incentive to pay for Pro Support. It could have been assigned to someone who is on holiday, sick, left, or has moved on to other problems and is hoping this one has "gone away." The "squeeky wheel" gets more attention.
