Re: Unable to connect RBS850 to RBR750 network
I followed the suggestion. Connected the RBS850 to the RBR750 by cable. Download latest firmware from support page.
On the orbi app, found the unit in the device list and noted IP address. Logged in to the rbs850 and updated firmware.
All connected and working now.

Glad you got it working. Please mark your thread as solved so others will know. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
