Recovered file fragments on all firmware I have downloaded.

TRYING TO DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE TO BACK LEVEL A RELEASE. MY LAN USING RBR840, RBS840, AND RBR750 . ALL DOWNLOADS SHOW RECOVERED FILE FRAGMENTS, AND GET ERROR WHEN I UPLOAD MANUALLY. ANY IDEAS?   THANKS...

What Browser are you using? I use MS Edge to download FW files most of the time. Opera or Firefox can do as well.

Only need to unpack the downloaded .zip files once they are downloaded fully. Do NOT attempt to open the .chk files. Just use a web browser to send the .chk files to the RBS first, then RBR lastly.
