I'm sorry for leaving out this detail but I had already removed the product(s) from their profile under My Registered Products so that all looks correct.

I think you'd need to factory reset your system now then setup from scratching while at your location and then you should be able to register it with your account. Registration only happens when setting up out of the box or first time walking thru the setup wizard. So a factory reset would be needed on the RBR.

Let me be more clear because I haven't been thus far.
Current state:
System 1
- Associated with Account 2 in the mobile app
- NOT registered on MyProducts to Account 2
System 2
- Waiting to be configured
Desired state:
System 1
- Associated with Account 1
- No factory reset, it's working
- Visible in App when I login with Account 1
System 2
- Associated with Account 2
- Visible in App when I login with Account 2
- Can set up as a fresh new system
