Removing Orbi from Account

Not sure if this is the correct place, please redirect if not.

 

Previously owned a main home and cabin.  Main was set up with an Orbi system and the cabin is setup with a Nighthawk.  I used the respective apps to access each system as needed.

 

Sold the main home and left the Orbi behind for the new owners.  I have "unregistered" the Orbi devices from my account on the web but still have app access via anywhere access to the devices at the main home.  Looks like if I delete my MyNetgear account then I will lose access to my Nighthawk app and cabin device.

 

Any idea how to strike the Orbi and any access I have to it from my account?  Should I just delete the app and be done?  In the event I buy additional Orbi products in the future will I be able to register using my existing account or would I need to setup a new account (and subsequently a new email)?
