reset password I do not receive security questions

All is good I can log into my Wi-Fi to use it however if I want to login to the admin I cannot so I follow the directions and enter the serial number then click next but I'm not asked for security qu...

    Hi Im using 

    Orbi RBR 750

     

    I have the pass to join the network no problem. However the pass to view data on my iPhone won't work at all.
