Ring won’t connect
Having issues with my Ring doorbell and I suspect it has to do with the Orbi router. Is it possible the device is blocked and hidden? When I try to setup the ring doorbell it recognizes the SSID but won’t connect to the internet. I’ve tried logging into to the router on a PC but I don’t see it. For some reason Ring won’t pickup the internet even though it finds the SSID. I’ve even tried charging the password on the router but no luck

What modem/gateway is the orbi connected to?
