You should be able to remove the disconnected satellite in the GUI. And you should also be able to access the satellite via the assigned IP address that shows in the GUI with admin and the proper password. If your password does not work, try the password on the label.

It shows me two connected satellites - one without much info and with a default IP. Neither has the option to remove it.
I rebooted .1.168 and I can now access the web interface. The problem wasn't a password, the satellite GUI had become unresponsive.
Powering off .1.168 showed the 'upstairs satellite' as disconnected, but the .1.250 stayed in the GUI.
The other one, even after rebooting, seems to be connected and passing data ... but is not showing in the .1.1 GUI.
You can't access .1.250

I had exactly the same issue... a factory reset resolved it.
