Satellite ring constantly pulsing white and then going to steady blue

I purchased the Orbi RBK 753 mesh wifi system (router with two satellites) from Costco about a year ago.    Until recently, everything has worked as expected.  Currently, I am seeing one of my satellites with the 'ring' pulsing white several times, then going to blue and then finally the blue color disappears.   I see this happening multiple times a day, but just on the one satellite.    My speeds and connection throughout the house are still adequate, but I don't know if that's just because the coverage with the router and one satellite are all I really need.

Are these color fluctuations just telling me that the satellite is trying to sync with the router and that I need to relocate the satellite?   I temporarily have the second satellite about 15 feet away from the satellite I am trying to troubleshoot.  Is this causing a problem?
