Ok, I would try a factory reset on the RBS and power it off for 5 minutes. I would remove the RBS from the RBRs web page after the RBS is turned OFF. Then power ON the RBS and resync it using wireless first. Use the sync button on the RBS then RBR. Wait for the front LED to turn BLUE then OFF. After then connect the RBS via ethernet to the RBR. 

 

What channels are you using on the CBR?

 

Has the system been factory reset and setup from scratch since last update?

I have factroy reset and left off for 5 min. 

 

2.4GHz Channel:11
5GHz Channel:36

    You might try downgrading the RBS back to last v3 version of FW...

     

    Is the 2.4Ghz channel set for Auto is that manually set for channel 11?

        Ok. Try setting the RBR to auto on 2.4Ghz.
