What switches are they?

They are netgear wac104 switches. Which I'm currently using now (working fine) with the ISP supplied router instead of the Orbi.

Netgear WAC104 seems to be a wireless access point, not a simple network switch. Are you sure?
The Orbi satellites are very sensitive to how they are wired to the router and its best to use certain unmanaged switches. Many managed switches have broken the Orbi mesh. This is why we need to know what switches you're using and how they are wired into your network.
Another experiment you can try is to setup your Orbi satellites wireless, just as a test, see if it works, without using your wired backhaul and existing switches.

Hey there,
If it was an issue with the WAC104, surely it wouldn't have worked when my previous ISP was connected to the Orbi router no?
I've tried both connecting the Satellites to the router via Ethernet (directly and not via a switch) and also wirelessly and the same issue occurs, no internet either way.
