Satellites not connected….or are they?
I have an RBR750/RBS750/RBS750 system. The satellites show a solid magenta color and the Orbi app indicates both satellites are not connected. However, I have a few wifi devices that are connecting that I don’t think could possibly reach the RBR750 unit. Coincidentally, the wifi devices don’t show up on the list of connected devices. The system was once working fine. I’ve tried rebooting the devices with no success. Any suggestions?

If you log in through the browser, what does it show for attached devices? Are the satellites showing as connected there?
Have you tried resyncing them?
