Need to downgrade the RBR back to v4 FW. v7 FW is NOT compatible with v4 FW and NG isn't releasing any v7 FW for the RBS350s.

That solved it!

I also had to drop the IOT since that was only supported in 7.x but looks like my network is stable again.

Glad you got it working. Be sure to save off a back up configuration to file for safe keeping. Saves time if a reset is needed.
